Ravens star Marlon Humphrey missed practice Wednesday with a foot injury. The medical issue may force him to miss the start of the regular season.
Reporters with the NFL Network first broke the news. Ian Rapoport said Humphrey will need surgery, which likely will happen Wednesday. He said the timetable for his return is sometime in late September, meaning the All Pro cornerback could miss the first two regular season gams.
The Ravens are in the midst of practicing against the Washington Commanders. Humphrey participated Tuesday but wasn’t on the field this morning.
